My husband is out tonight. The kids are tucked in. I haven't been on the computer lately, so I pulled up a chocolate bar and went in search for beautiful blogs. I found some alright and would like to share with anyone who might visit here. This first blog is a beautiful one, if you like flowers, which I do. The author is in England and there is something so romantic about English Gardens. I nannied for a short (shorter than planned) time in England and I like to visit posy to get inspiration and reminisce a little. When I see her photos, it really makes me hope I get a digital camera soon. She is a great photographer.
Watch out if you are on a diet and do not proceed to next blog: cupcakeblog. Y-U-M-M-Y! I think this will be my new summer project. Baking and tasting new cupcake creations. Wow!

Why Laugh Lines?
"Is this a blog that will make me laugh?" I hope it will sometimes, but probably not all the time. I like a good laugh.
Mainly the title comes from proverbs 31:25 "She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come." I have no strength and dignity of my own (I really don't, it is pretty sad). It is only by the Grace of God that He gives me His strength and dignity so I can look to the future with confidence.
I also like the title "Laugh Lines" because as I get older I have more of those "laugh lines" that others may call wrinkles. When I see elderly women with lines and crows feet because of all the years they have lived with joy and a smile on their face, I think "That's cool". I hope I will never succumb to the temptation of botox or plastic surgery to erase what years of living life have established.

Isn't it fun blog-hopping? Wow, I love the blogs you linked to. Not sure which makes me 'drool' more--those pretty pillows in the first one, or those amazing cupcakes in the second one!
I know, I know. I think I am going to bake some yummy cupcakes and eat them while lounging on pretty floral pillows. ahhh, the best of both worlds.
